K\u00fcbler ROSS,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2728 <strong>Amener chacun et chacune \u00e0 faire le deuil de ses anciens modes d\u2019action&nbsp;: d\u00e9passer les blocages, les peurs, les croyances limitantes en cr\u00e9ant de nouvelles ressources positives et engag\u00e9es dans le nouveau projet,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2728 <strong>Mettre en place la nouvelle mani\u00e8re de faire, d\u2019agir&nbsp;: cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un plan d\u2019action ou chacune et chacun y trouve sa place en toute autonomie pour s\u2019approprier les contours de cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode.
