Cet \u00e9quilibre est atteint gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 trois composantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em><strong><em>L\u2019amour de soi<\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/strong><em>ou capacit\u00e9 de la personne \u00e0 se respecter et \u00e0 s&rsquo;aimer sans condition.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important. S\u2019estimer implique de s\u2019\u00e9value&nbsp;; or s\u2019aimer ne souffre aucune condition, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019on s\u2019aime malgr\u00e9 ses d\u00e9fauts, ses limites, ses \u00e9checs. Cet amour de soi inconditionnel ne d\u00e9pend pas de nos performances. Il n\u2019emp\u00eache ni la souffrance ni le doute en cas de difficult\u00e9s, mais il prot\u00e8ge du d\u00e9sespoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>L\u2019image de soi<\/em><\/strong> ou capacit\u00e9 de la personne \u00e0 se percevoir telle qu&rsquo;elle est, avec ses talents et ses limitations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le regard que l&rsquo;on porte sur soi, cette \u00e9valuation, fond\u00e9e ou non, que l&rsquo;on fait de ses qualit\u00e9s et de ses d\u00e9fauts, est le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de l&rsquo;estime de soi. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement de soi : l&rsquo;important est la conviction que l&rsquo;on a d&rsquo;\u00eatre porteur de qualit\u00e9s ou de d\u00e9fauts, de potentialit\u00e9s ou de limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>La confiance en soi<\/em><\/strong> ou capacit\u00e9 de la personne \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;action et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre ce qu&rsquo;elle a accompli.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est la troisi\u00e8me composante de l\u2019estime de soi, avec laquelle, du reste on la confond souvent. La confiance en soi s\u2019applique surtout \u00e0 nos actes. \u00catre confiant, c\u2019est penser que l\u2019on est capable d\u2019agir de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e dans les situations importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque l\u2019estime de soi est bonne, l\u2019affirmation de soi est juste et naturelle.
